Curious about my broken iPhone

Hi,

I have a iphone 3gs it completely dead i tried all techniques it will not come on at all nothin will come on the screen. my Iphone 3gs is 2 years old i think so its out of warranty if i taken to apple store would they by anychance replace with another iphone aswel as an additional fee towards a new one which i would be happy to pay,because i think the iphone 3gs i have is not going to be repairable

I doubt it, but wouldn't it be easier to ask Apple?
