Current 13" cMBP be user upgraded with SSD

The new Retinas simply don't offer enough value for money when it comes to storage for me to consider them.

I was wondering, if I buy a 13" cMBP with 1TB HHD, can I later upgrade it myself to an SSD once costs come down?

Yup. I'm buying the current 13" classic MacBook Pro. Both RAM and harddrives are upgradeable.

I'm going to immediately upgrade mine to 8GB Ram and a 256 SSD.
