.....or tablet or whatever you want to call it. Will developers have to re-write their apps. to display in full-screen mode on the upcoming iPad? Is their no workaround given the different screen resolutions? Does this mean we will more than likely see a new section in the iTunes store for apps. specific to this device?

Just curious.

Just curious.

All iPhones and touches have the same screen resolution. So yes so work is going to be needed if the screen size is different. Maybe Apple will put in some compatibility mode that would allow this iPad to emulate an iPhone so the apps can run.

Also a tablet device is probably going to have a more accessible file system so apps are going to have to coded differently anyway.
