Looking for some advice and would prefer to not have to call Verizon CS. Here is the deal. I'm a current ATT customer with an expired contract. I'd like to switch to Verizon. My wife is a current Verizon sub on a non-share plan. What is the best way to go about pre-ordering? If I log in under her Verizon account, could I do it all from there?
