Current build virgin, disk space consumption by os + stock software

If to take iMac of current build how much ssd/hdd storage space do
the os and all stock software consume?
Excluding all data generated by Time Machine.

A new Mac with the OS and iLife and iWork apps installed uses about 20GB of storage space.
