Current OSX Security Update - Slow Down Issues

How many others are having issues with their applications opening up much, much slower (example Bento taking a min as compared to seconds before applying the patch) since the last OSX Security Update.

I have a MBP i7 2.66 with 8GB and its operating at (estimated) quarter the previous speed.

Do you have any other examples other than Bento? I don't see any issues so far.
