Current Public GM will be the final release?

As the title says will the current GM be the release version tomorrow? If so should I install this? Or wait till tomorrow?

Also any opinions on an upgrade or clean install?

No one knows it the current GM will be the same build as the public release tomorrow. Better to wait.

Regarding upgrade vs clean install. I usually do an upgrade and then continue with backups after the initial upgrade. When the .1 release comes out then I do a clean install.
