I want to move to tmobile pay as you go now that my att contract is up but haven't kept up with the jail brake/unlock options. What's the easiest(windows) method?

4.3.5 on 5.16.02

Willing to upgrade/downgrade if needed but the more complicated the less likely I'd be successful.

Base on information you provide, you have a 3GS Iphone. Currently, there is no unlocked option for the baseband you have on your phone. However, there is alternative way to do it.
