I wondered why when I would run X Resource graph, my powerbook was always running at the same temperature when I started it as it was after running for a while with the fans running in turbo mode (doing a 1,000 things at once of course :p )

Then I downloaded "Temperature Monitor" and it said that the current version of OS X doesn't' update the temperature readings. It only gives you the reading from when the computer was first turned on. Now THAT explains it.

Why is this though? Think they will make it work in the next update to the OS? I like knowing what temperature my PB is at.
