Currently have 2 phones with AT&T (only 1 and iPhone)

I purchased a new iphone about 6 months ago and also got my wife a Walkman phone at the same time (same plan). Will I be able to
1. Get the new phone with the discount?
2. Switch my data from the old iPhone to the new one?
3. Switch my wife's data from her Walkman phone to my old iPhone?

1. You need to either check your OLAM to determine that or call AT&T.
2. If you can purchase the new iPhone, you would have to agree to a new 2 year term on a new $30 plan. So the answer is a no.
3. She just needs to put her existing SIM card into the old iPhone and activate through iTunes. She will be required to sign up for additional two year contract along with the $20 monthly data plan.
