Cursor flicker and ghost clicks

Hello!

I downloaded macOS Ventura yesterday and since then I'm experiencing a weird mouse flicker of some kind. Problems that come with this bug:

• The mouse sometimes flickers, sometimes every 5 seconds and the issue (sometimes) stops when clicking the Mac menu bar
• When you right-click dock, for example, the right-click menu disappears as if someone clicked on the background...
• In games, such as Minecraft, it will rotate your head in a random direction

Has anyone else seen that problem yet? I don't see people talking about that around here...

P.S. I will try to record a video next time it happens. It's very random and this behavior seems to stop after some time and returns randomly...

The issue was caused by Bartender 4, it seems. Reading through its updates shows that similar problems happened before as well.

thought about it, so uninstalled bartender, but still i have problems.
i noticed it happens mostly (if not only) when i'm using and external monitor: it seems that macOS wrongly calculates desktop/display dimensions
