So I recently upgraded my computer to this year's macbook pro 13" model. A couple of days after it arrived I noticed that every once in a while the cursor would start stuttering (looks like it's vibrating almost) and as soon as I either move my mouse/put my finger on the trackpad it stops. But the problem is that the stutters occur often and frankly, it's rather irritating. When the cursor stutters, it moves back and forth in a very small area extremely fast, but if I let it continue without doing anything it can makes its way one way or another several inches. I honestly have no clue what could be causing this besides some hardware defect but if anyone has any idea, please let me know!
