Cursur stuck after update

4 days ago i updated my snow leopard on my 2009 whit macbook, ( this problem is quite hard to explain tin words) now i get this horrible problem, where spontaneously the cursor would hold on to everything, almost like im holding the left mouse button at all time, but im not, i tried this with the track pad and various wired and wireless mice. It happens after about 30minutes of use, and i have to reboot the system to fix it, im thinking its something to do with the OSX update, can any one suggest something pleases, thx
