Or, if like many, you have no idea what that means (
) then try uninstalling Customize, reinstall it but don't open it just yet, install a customize theme from Installer (any one, it doesn't matter) and then open up Customize. May work, it did for me on 1.1.2 but ya know, that was a while back.
