Custom Audio CD from Macbook to Xbox: Keep losing track titles?

Hi,

Is there a way to keep the track information (such as name, artist) so that I don't have to fill it all in once I burn the CD onto the xbox?

Is it the macbook that is at fault here, or the xbox?
