Custom dock location with multiple displays

I have 3 displays - 2 side by side and 1 below the right side monitor. My system bar is in the top right. The dock goes all the way to the left side of the left side monitor but I want it in a custom spot - the left side of the right side monitor. (Confused yet :)

So basically I want to be able to pin the dock location in a custom way. I've looked through a bunch of plugins but can't find one to do it. Any ideas?

(Also looking for a way to have my app locations "remembered" for different display setups - tried Stay but it didn't work well)
