Will this enclosure and this drive work well together?

And any opinions on this combination versus other setups? My studio uses Rocstor and is quite pleased with their drives. I'm open to other suggestions though.

The drive doesn't have to be portable either. Just Firewire 800, at least 500gb
 
No it won't work together. The enclosure is an IDE enclosure (aka ATA or PATA), and that hard drive is SATA. You will NEED either both an IDE enclosure and hard drive, or both a SATA enclosure and hard drive. The connectors won't even fit with that setup you have posted.
