Custom firmware 5.0

I'm looking for custom firmware 5.0 with baseband 06.15 for 3gs,any one can help me please post,thanks in advance.

I did with sn0wbreeze but when restore with itune still have 05.15 how do I do the 06.15.

You need redsn0w to flash the iPad baseband onto it.
