Custom folder design help!!!

Hi i was wondering if someone could help me? A while back somebody made me this as my tv folder...

I was now wondering if someone could do me 2 more? Keeping the folders in the exact style they are now... with these 2 logos...

Just the 3D bit, non of the blu ray text and just the "D" for from the disney logo...

If anyone would help id be greatly appreciated...
