I use Mac OS X at home and Windows at work. One of the features of Windows I wish I had on the Mac is the ability to have folder icons depict several images from those contained within (four typically).

Is it possible to do with on a Mac?

A similar question: When I try to drop a file into a folder and there's another file with the same name already there, Windows provides more information about both files (date, size, etc.), where OS X doesn't provide this kind of information automatically?

Is there a feature that would offer such information when copying files into a folder?
