Custom Frames at Non-Exorbitant Prices?

I bought an oddly shaped piece of art - four 10" x 24" screen prints. I took them to the frame shop and nearly fainted when the salesman gave me a price quote to frame the four pieces. Any suggestions on where to get a basic frame for less than an arm and a leg?

Are you just looking for the frame or a frame with cut mount with 4 apertures and backing board?

Depending on what you want and your DIY skills, it's not that hard to make yourself. My dad used to make his. He had a special tool he bought (4right angle bits of plastic on a string) to keep the frame taught whilst gluing.
