Custom icon, share added to doc via OD

Hi all,

I'm preparing an OD server for deployment, and users can login with their OpenDirectory account. They also get a mount to a remote AFP share that appears in their dock at login. So far so good.

What I'm wondering is if it is possible to define a custom icon at a server level so everyone is seeing the same icon? If so, some directions would be helpful.
