Custom Iconoclasm Layout Program for iPhone 4?

I'm trying to create a custom Iconoclasm layout for my phone but not sure, exactly, how this gets done. I found a couple programs items online, X-Setup/Iconoclasm layout builder, but neither of them seem to work correctly. I'm not sure if doing this entails editing plist or if there is some fairly easy program to use in order to accomplish this. Does anyone know of an easy to way to create/modify a custom layout?

I as well have been trying to figure this out. It is Plists though.

Is there anyway to do this directly from iPhone? With say iFile? I would like a 6x6 layout.
