Custom install DVDs

For 10.3 there was a program called Slipy that allowed you to make custom install DVDs. It allowed you to say, take your Panther CDs or DVD and ad packages to them, like iLife or software updates so it would all be installed at once as a clean install.

Anyone know if there is a program to do this with Tiger or if there is a manual way of doing this?
