How do I setup my phone to receive messages from Gmail/Yahoo/.mac, but use a pop account to send messages.

Essentially, I want to use the push functionality to receive my messages, but use a pop account to send messages (so the advertisements et al. don't show up on my sent e-mail)

Also, How do I mask my send to address?
