I tried posting this over in the Apple Support Communities, but haven't gotten a response there. I thought I'd give it a shot here:
I've recently taken to listening to a couple of Podcasts along with music that I have on my iPhone. I've used the Edit command in the Music app to move the Podcasts category to the bottom row of icons in order to be able to switch back and forth faster. The problem I'm having is that that setting isn't retained. I haven't been able to figure out what the trigger is (syncing, backing up, etc.), but sometimes I'll go into the app and the bottom row has been reset to the defaults and Podcasts no longer appears, so I have to re-edit the icons again.
Has anyone else noticed this behaviour and maybe found a way to get the customization to stay?
