Custom "Netflix-like" using MacOS Catalina?

Hello,

I was thinking about the splitting of the iTunes app coming in MacOS Catalina. I was wondering... I would have my "homemade videos" inside of it, and I could add a cover and other tags. Is this still possible with the new app that will branch from the previous iTunes, TV? As it was like Kodi or other apps, so we could have our multimedia app or something similar.

Could someone who has the beta please check if that functionality is still running within the new TV app in the latest beta?

You can still import the videos into the Apple TV app and change metadata like before, but I don't see a home video tab anywhere as of beta 2. You can still select home video as the media type in metadata though.
