Given the current Coronavirus issues, any insight on if manufacturing centers are back up to speed?

I have this assumption that during the most intense part of the crisis for China, there was probably a lot of job swapping, temp backfilling, and higher likelihood of errors.

Would now be a good time to buy a custom ordered MBP? Or is the assembly so automated that this isn't a concern?

Okay, maybe let's rephrase the question - would you think the QC of currently manufactured Macbook products to be still high, or would you believe the units produced now would be prone to higher % of issues?
