Meh.

Had this feature for years on my spare phone (the Moto X), doesn't get used much and for the most part simply turned into a novelty feature.

Moto x uses moto voice to process and sends it to Google now. It's actually really annoying to have a middleman process voice the way it does on the moto x. Siris voice processing will be coming straight to siri so will be a bit more efficient.

More or less the same feature and a pretty worthless one at that. Can't remember the last time I used Google now with voice activation.

Everyone is different but seems really useful when your hands are full and you want to reply to a text or something. I do it all the time when I'm gaming, eating etc.

I use it every so often with the iPhone 6 while plugged in. I can see it being useful while cooking, washing dishes, and other activities where my hands are full or dirty (get your mind out of the gutter).
