All Devices Custom profile picture—can I add others’ pictures after I’ve “rejected” them?

So people are able to make their custom profile photo and name and we are given a choice to accept & use what they have made.

A few people I’ve “rejected” what they’ve made and continued to sue my own choice for their profile pic on my phone.
Can I now go back and accept the ones I’ve rejected? I can’t figure it out.
