Custom push notification sound?

Hi All,

I've got a jailbroken iPhone 4 running on 4.2.1.... Just wondering if any of you have been able to modify the default push notification tri-tone sound with a custom one? I've been able to do this for text-messages, but not for push notifications from meebo, google voice, etc...
