Custom Ringtone Won't Ring?

I synced a ringtone to my iPhone and it shows up im my custom list. When I try to preview it by selecting it or when the phone rings nothing happens.

The ringtone somehow got to be 31 seconds long im not sure how.

Is there anyway to fix this without having to wait for my money back?
