Custom Ringtones not working after updating ios

Hello,

I updated my OS last week and now some of my custom ringtones aren't working. Specifically my text message ringtone is no longer playing when I get texts. It is weird because it works with other custom tones but not the one that I want. I have tried a hard reset, removing all tones from my phone and adding them back but nothing has worked so far. It works maybe once a day but most of the time it just vibrates and no sound plays.

Anyone else having this issue? If so, how did you resolve the issue?
