Custom screensaver activation time?

I would like my screensaver to kick in after 5 hours, but the little provided menu in the apple settings only goes up to 1 hour. Google failed me... I am hoping I can customize this in a plist somewhere, but I'll take a 3rd party solutions if anyone knows one.

I'm giving this a try for now, I suppose I'll post back if it worked:
defaults -currentHost write com.apple.screensaver idleTime 18000
