I am looking for a widget/automatoraction/app/whatever that will let me do the following.

Let's say I want to search the craigslist auto section for the specific words "chevy" and "v6". And because people post new stuff all the time, I want it to auto update every 15 mins or less and send me either an email update, or have an rss feed of these search terms in firefox bookmark toolbar or have it sent to a third site that keeps all this info organized for me. How can I do this?
