As I'm going through my iTunes library and discovering tracks I like, but formerly "stole" years & years ago (and therefore have poor quality), I'm deleting them and re-purchasing in the iTunes Music Store.
Problem is, iTunes then sees this as new music, screwing up my "New" playlist.
Is there an app that will allow me to custom edit the Purchased Date or Added Date so that I can have a legal copy of a high quality version of the song without iTunes considering it as new?
I know MetaX is good, but it appears to only be for video.
