Custom TV show air check list

I'm looking for an app or good website where i can create a list of TV shows that i watch and get informed when the new episode airs. Since i watch TV shows from few networks it gets confusing trying to follow it all so it be great that i could check whats new in a custom single list and then go to the networks website, hulu, or itunes and watch the show.
