Don't really know if this is the place to put this but it was while purchasing my Macbook Air so it seems as good as any.

Went to the store in Cambridge and it wasn't that busy but after pressing the button on the iPad to meet a specialist I was waiting for around 10mins.

I wasn't particularly bothered but my mum was getting agitated, i tried to explain its not normally like this, it's normally very efficient. Then the manager came over and asked how long i'd been waiting. He was so shocked at me waiting for so long he said he'd throw in a free case for my Macbook Air of my choice

Basically, happy Macbook Air owner with a nice free black Speck shell, very impressed with the customer service

How did you get 8GB RAM if you bought it from the store?

The stores carry 3 specs usually. The low end the mid range and one with everything maxed out. In this case its the MacBook Air with the i7 512GB of SSD and 8GB of ram.
