So I got an email stating my iPhone 4 has arrived and is waiting for me at my local Apple Store today. I was pissed, I won't be back home until Friday, so I called the store and the manager picked up! I told him my situation and after 10 mins on hold he told me that they'd hold the phone until Friday for me! This is another example of how well Apple treats its customers, I think.
