Customizable Menu like HimmelBar?

Does anybody know of anything similar to HimmelBar that will create a selectable menu of programs but also allow customization of the menus? HimmelBar allows you to deselect entries from the menus that it creates, but I want something that lets me add and/or move entires from one menu to another. For example, I have a Games folder for most of my games, but there are also some in the Applications folder. HimmelBar will create menus for Applications and for Games, and let you remove things you don't want in each. But I want something that allows me to move the games from one menu to another so that they are all together (but leave them as they are on the disk - only change the menu). Is there such a thing? All I am looking for is a simple menu system, not a search system such as Quicksilver.
