iPhone Customization questions coming from Android

Greetings, I'm currently on iphone 6, coming from a nexus 5, and overall while my experience isn't great, I can manage to work with the phone. Would be great if some little irks could be solved though, so I'll ask here.

Is there any way to get special characters like colon and semicolon on the letter row after a long press? Like with SwiftKey on Android? So long press on b gives you a colon? Is it also possible to then change the button press time?
Is it also possible to bypass the lock screen when you're on a familiar WiFi network?
When swiping down the notification screen, is it possible to change it so that the upper part of the notification bar gets viewed first? Now you need to pull down the whole bar to see anything.
Is it possible to get notifications on lock screen without the screen getting turned on?

I know I'm asking for more android similarity through jailbreak, but these things are actually time saving to me.

For bypassing passcode you can use Cleverpin or Betterwifi.

For pulling down the notification center you can use RevealNC (not sure which repo it is on, believe it is on a non default one.
