Customize 2.0 beta 3

I have installed customize 2.0 beta 3 and turned on file sets. I have been on the customize site and seen the sets but can not for love or money work out how to get them on the iPhone. Do I have to ssh into the fone to do it or do I download them through customize itself.

ok I have answered my own question now and done it through customize itself. Now my problem is some of the image sets have lots of stuff in e.g sliders. Customize will only use the first one in the preview thou how can I choose the others in the preview? Thanks again
