Customize Dock and desktop "theme"

Hey everyone!

In watching some tutorials on different topics, I've noticed some people that have sweet docks and "themes". I've researched to see how to do it and haven't had good success. Any of you know how I can do this? I don't mean just change the size.

I use "cDock", allow me to go wild with customizing my Docks.
