Customize Iphone 4 Icons

I tried creating a Theme for Winterboard. Made a folder called CustomIcons(theme name), and created a folder within called Icons.

I threw all my downloaded icons in the Icons folder with the correct name and this is what I got.

The Icon sizes were 118x120
It said it was made compatible for iphone 4

Can anyone help me?

Dimensions are close enough. Do they have the @2x designator in the file names?

Nope, I was told you have to label them exactly the same as how it shows on your homescreen

So its labelled like:
Phone
Safari
Music
Photos
etc

All i did was make a duplicate version and add @2x at the end

How do i change folder icons?

How do i change bookmark icons from Safari (NT General) on picture above.
