customize issues

The skinny:

I jailbroke my ipod touch 1.1.5

I downloaded FWchanger to change it to 1.1.4

I download summerboard and customize. I go into customize and it looks pretty much the same as summerboard and doesn't have any features. I saw my friend's customize app and it looks completely different.

It does not look like this:

What is the problem? Did I miss something?
