ok so I installed a customize theme, modeled after xbox360. Anywho, I installed it, then uninstalled customize. But then I realized I wanted my original theme, when when I reinstalled customize, the "original" theme was now the xbox theme. So I tried downloaded one called original apple theme but it didn't work. Anyway. Does anyone know how I can reset it without restoring?

customize sucks! you should've gone with Winterboard. try going to customize settings to preferred settings to original and reboot.
