Hello,

This is my first post so please excuse me if this is in the wrong place.

A lot of my writing is scientific, very heavy in the use of Greek letters. I have a US keyboard, though, so it is always a bit of a pain to go through to type symbols like α, β, γ, etc.

Is there a way that I can modify my Mac's text output so that Option-A would put out "α" and Option-B would put out "β?" If not, is there another easy way to output Greek letters without constantly changing keyboards?

I'm running Mac OS X 10.8, by the way.

Thanks in advance!
