Customizing Synergy?

Yea, I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, but:

Is there a way to customize synergy? Like, the font and icon?
Everytime the icon shows up on growl it's killing me, but I just can't find it anywhere >_<
Please, where is the resources buried? All I was able to find was the .prefpane.
