Cut down sim card

Does anyone have any idea how I'm meant to cut down a sim like this to a micro sim? The chip seems to big. I don't think it'll fit right even use the sim cutter.

I already said I had one I also have it in the picture. The chip is so near the end the cutter is going to go straight through it.

It's gonna have to be a really close cut. Theres no other way for you to get a microsim?

No TMobile - UK wants to charge 10 pounds for a new one and they are out of stock so I'd have to wait upto 45 days.

It doesn't matter if it cuts some of the gold contact material, the actual chip is much smaller and in the center. I did one by hand a few months ago, and you do lose some gold, but it's okay, it will still work fine.

mbaran is correct. It's safe to cut thru the edge of the gold plate chip. Some part of it is not used. Use the micro sim cutter and you'll be fine.

It looks like that is one of the old style sims, do they still make them like that?
