I know you can Copy and Paste files/folders, but how does one Cut and Paste? Whenever I select a file/folder, the Cut is grayed out in the menu bar.

Welcome to OS X. With OS X, you don't risk putting referencing your files/folders in the clipboard, as all you need to do to bring them from one place to another is literally clicking on the folder and dragging it to any location you want. You can even drop the folder into other folders to keep your documents organized.

All right, I'm done acting like a professional. :D But, seriously, with OS X, you can actually use common sense (if you have it) to work with files and folders. If you want to move it to somewhere, then that's exactly what you can do on a Mac, just with an optical mouse.
